You will receive untouched, downloadable digital photos and video. You can then add clouds, lighting, effects, etc as needed. At this price, the property needs to be nearby. Disclaimer: Since I live near Douglas Dam, this price is for most of Sevier County and the Dandridge area. I am willing to drive farther but I will probably need another $25 for gas and coffee. This increased price includes Jefferson City, Gatlinburg, Wears Valley, Seymour and parts of Knoxville TN. Contact me and let me know the property address. Also, the FAA has strict rules near airports and certain areas. I will not break the rules. If it can be done safely, legally and your neighbors won’t complain, let’s work together.
