I have been dealing with inspectors and insurance companies for decades. If there are any signs of edits, they won’t consider using the photos or video as evidence of a problem. I will need information regarding their contact information prior to going out to the property. At this price, the property needs to be nearby. Disclaimer: Since I live near Douglas Dam, this price is for most of Sevier County and the Dandridge area. I am willing to drive farther but I will probably need another $25 for gas and coffee.
